The soft white sand beach stretches unbroken some 10 kms in each direction. The ½ acre of tropical gardens on which sit the 3 Sands Villas has no immediate neighbours, affording the privacy and relaxation often hard to find elsewhere.
The scenic backdrop to Sands Villas includes the rugged interior mountains and the view from each villa is across the teal blue lagoon to the reef and beyond to the deep blue Pacific Ocean. We are on the south side of Rarotonga about 16 kms from the main township of Avarua and 10 kms from the airport.
Sands Villas is a privately owned complex of 3 villas (Coral, Hibiscus & Vaka Villa). Each has its own character but all have similar high quality facilities such as ceramic tiled floors and picture windows. All are serviced 3 x weekly and have 24-hour management. All have great lagoon views and the distance to the beach ranges from 1 to just 20 steps. Whilst each villa has its own character and individuality they all share the following features:

The quaint village of Titikaveka is a stroll away and offers shops, a historical church, sports grounds, two cafés and regular local events to which our guests are welcome.
The sailing club is 5 kms along the beach or road and there are numerous restaurants and cafés within 5 minutes of here. The round-the-island day & night bus calls at the villas.
