In the main bedroom on the upper level, you will find an adjoining ensuite and sliding doors that open out onto the deck that surrounds the front of the property. Sit up in bed and you can see the ocean, open the sliding doors and bask in the cool breeze fresh off the Pacific Ocean. The two remaining bedrooms are situated on the lower level, along with a spacious rumpus room which contains a TV and DVD. Use this room as domain for the kids or a quiet place for those wishing to relax away from the main living area.

The stylish main living room features spectacular local art work, a quality sound system with selection of music CDs, polished wooden floors and large comfortable settees...the perfect place to enjoy the mesmerizing views of the ocean while you soak up the cool sea breezes. A TV alcove off to the side of the room ensures you can keep up to date with the news at night but is not the main focus of the room. Expansive sliding glass doors and windows open out onto the large deck where you'll find outdoor dining furniture, a hammock and barbeque; the perfect place to entertain and eat alfresco together, or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountain while you absorb the tropical atmosphere.
