Two fully self contained Villas complete the half acre estate. Both are absolute beachfront. The master villa has three bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms and beach facing private balconies. There is a fourth bedroom and bathroom for two staff that live at the residence. The staff will provide guests with housekeeping, cooking and nanny services as required. The Villa surrounds a swimming pool and alfresco barbeque dining / living area. There are extensive decks overlooking what is one of the Pacific’s most iconic beaches.

The second small Villa is a single bedroom cottage with two outdoor living areas. It is located immediately next to the main villa and is serviced daily.

Both Villas are available individually or as a package. The property provides 4 kayaks (2x2man & 2x1man) and 3 pushbikes for our guests.

The Island Bay Villas are available in many configurations to cater for Weddings, Honeymooners, large and small family and group gatherings. Just tell us what you are wanting to do and we will make it happen.

All reservations include free airport transfers, a caretaker, and house cleaner. A complimentary "Welcome" continental breakfast await you on arrival.
